Even after God worked to get the Israelites released from Egypt, and the people saw the mighty wonders he performed, they rebelled against him in the wilderness and grieved him in the desert. They did not keep in mind his power of the day when he redeemed them from the foe and led them to safety.
God has tried to let us know his power and to experience his patience. Those that he has called shall be called “children of the living God.” So how do we experience this relationship with God? We become righteous through our faith, not our works. Righteousness is not through our own hands, but through our belief. Do you believe? Do you have faith? Or, are you still trying to do it on your own?
