Read:
Exodus 10:19-11:10
Psalm 77
Romans 8:18-39
Often in the Bible, we can see the detailed planning of the Lord. Do you remember to look back to what God has done, to remember the deeds of the Lord and the wonders of old? Do you remember to meditate on all his works and on his mighty deeds?
Then, we are told to look to the future and remember his promises. He tells us that the suffering of this present time is not worth comparing with the glory about to be revealed to us. His desire is to search our heart. Through our prayers, the Spirit knows what we need and desire. We can rest assured that the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. If we stay in prayer, nothing can separate us from the love of God.

Read:
Exodus 12:1-30
Psalm 78:1-35
Romans 9:1-26
Why do we study the Bible? Why do we teach our children the stories from the Bible? We teach the stories so that we and our children and our grandchildren might know the mighty workings of the Lord and set their hope in God.
The Israelites were slaves in Egypt and Pharaoh wouldn’t let them go. So God told Moses that he would pass through the land of Egypt that night, and would strike down every first born in the land of Egypt. God said he would execute judgments. He declared, “I am the Lord. When I see the blood I shall pass over you.”
Do you continue to learn about God so that you understand who he is? Do you study your Bible? Do you teach your children about your God?
